The Audit will assess Partner's compliance to the requirements of the Cisco Channel Partner Certification Program. NSF Auditor will verify whether the Partner complies with the spirit and intent of all program requirements and compile an Audit Summary and Audit Report.
The Audit Summary is sent via email to Partner and Cisco within 24 hours of the Audit end date. The Audit Report is submitted only to Cisco Certification Program Manager approximately 5-7 business days after the Audit end date. Once the Audit Report is submitted to Cisco NSF's part in the certification process is complete. The Audit Report will be provided to the Cisco Program Manager via a secure tool. Reports are not distributed outside the Cisco Certification Program Management team.
Process
- Cisco Certification Program Manager sends NSF Audit request with Audit scope
- NSF Supportteam emails Partner
- Terms & Conditions Contract
- Proposal outlining scope, deliverables and payment terms
- Partner signs & returns both Contract & Proposal to supportteam@nsf-org
- NSF Supportteam schedules Audit (normally 4-6 weeks out from the date of executed Contract & Proposal)
- Audit conducted
- Partner receives Audit Summary
- Cisco receives Audit Summary and Audit Report
- Partner invoiced Net 30
