The session covers two elements:
- The technical requirements for the Cisco Powered Service itself
- The General Requirements which are applicable to the majority of the Powered Services.
The following will be carried for each of the above elements:
A run through the checklist and the highlighting each of the requirements, the evidence required and the expectation in the audit
A Review of the Partner's prepared materials, if they are available.
Answering the Partner's questions relating to the controls and any of the requirements.
The sharing of best practices on preparing for the audit itself.
It is recommended that Partner reviews both checklists before joining the session and comes prepared with questions.
$2,000 (2 hours per service)
