For onsite audits NSF will invoice Cisco Partner for reasonable, actual and necessary expenses (i.e. hotel, travel, meals) accompanied by such documentation establishing the type, date, amount, payment and purpose for such expense and that such expenses are incurred in accordance with NSF US & Canada Independent Contractor Business Travel & Expense Policy #10450
