Cancellations, Reschedules, Reaudits and Revisits

Once the Audit confirmation is sent to Partner, additional fees apply per occurrence if the Partner cancels or requests a reschedule. The fee amount will be calculated according to the fee schedule below, invoiced by NSF and paid by Partner prior to the Audit being rescheduled. If an Audit is stopped by the Auditor, SME and/or the Certification Program Manager, the Partner will be responsible for the cost of the Audit plus the re-Audit or revisit whether the revisit or re-Audit is onsite or remote. The Partner is also responsible for any non-refundable travel expenses as a result of cancelled or rescheduled Audits as well as all travel expenses for onsite revisits.
