The Audit will assess the Partner's compliance with the requirements of the Cisco 360 Partner Certification Program. The NSF Auditor will verify whether the Partner complies with the spirit and intent of all program requirements and compile an Audit Summary and Audit Report.

Assessment of Build-Manage-Operate practices, SLAs, runbooks, and recurring service quality.

Customer Success Audits

Verification of lifecycle motions (adopt, expand, renew), CX metrics, and outcome evidence.

Developer & Advisor Partners Audit

Review of solution build practices, integrations, advisories, and co‑sell/engagement alignment.
