The services include a structured walkthrough of the official checklist, followed by facilitated evidence review sessions to assess readiness, identify gaps, and define remediation actions required to strengthen alignment with program requirements. Workshops support Partner preparation whilst maintaining the independence and credibility of NSF's auditing services. The NSF SME will work with you across multiple sessions, progressing at your pace and covering all requirements in the format that best suits your needs.
Our recommended workshop for Specializations, Managed Services Practice Maturity and Customer Success Practice Maturity Framework is the following.
- Planning Call plus Checklist review Presentation and walkthrough of the full checklist, section objectives, evidence preparation guidance, and Q&A.
- Evidence review Interactive control-by-control evidence walkthroughs; NSF consultant captures the evidence presented and notes gaps and improvement areas.
- Deliverable – Detailed Gap Report: Delivered within seven (7) business days or earlier following the final evidence review session; includes, for each control, Current Position (summary of evidence presented) and Recommended Remedial Actions. The report will not include any provisional "pass/fail" determination for any control or checklist section.
